JAMCO Associates LLC, is a Maryland based minority owned small business firm specializing in Information Technology (IT) consulting services. Founded and created as a sole proprietorship in 2012, JAMCO specializes in delivering mission driven solutions across the full life cycle of procurement, acquisition and Contract management services including all IT products and services. The services include assessments, planning, purchasing, installation and setup, technical support and training, project and program management and other professional and management services.
At JAMCO, we partnership with federal acquisition officials and small to mid-sized businesses to help them navigate the IT procurement world by providing expert guidance and assistance to the challenges facing them and other procurement officials in today’s evolving IT demands.

He is a SME (subject matter expert) in acquisition and has extensive experience in contract management, program support and technical expertise within government and private sectors. In addition, his background includes customer relationship management and financial expertise.
Expertise in Government Acquisitions: Williams has over thirty years of experience managing contracts and providing specialist support in government acquisitions, including multi-million-dollar, multi-year projects across various federal agencies. Â
Program and Contract Management: Experience includes program management roles at the National Institutes of Health (NIH), managing proposal processing, contract budgets, and workflow improvements to ensure contract deliverables are met.  Â
Customer Relationship Management: He served as a Customer Relationship Manager facilitating communication between customers and contractors under Governmentwide Acquisition Contracts (GWACs) and assisted in strategic planning and proposal processing guidelines.  Â
Technical and Acquisition Support: Provides expert advice on acquisition strategy, risk mitigation, and maintains up-to-date knowledge of acquisition regulations and industry best practices to optimize client outcomes. Â
Educational Background: Holds a Master of Business Administration in Information Technology and a Master of Science in Management, both from the New Jersey Institute of Technology with high academic honors.

She also has a creative mindset that helps her develop innovative solutions to capital structure and budgeting limitations. She has excellent communication skills for writing reports, giving presentations, and providing suggestions about company finances.
Her duties include monitoring cash flow, meeting with the CEO to discuss the best practices for company finances and preparing strategic plans to improve the company’s overall financial health. Her responsibilities include

He provides organizational and strategic planning for a wide variety of technical and functional environments, but is not limited to, Strategic Planning, Knowledge Management, Business Analysis and Technical Analysis. He holds a bachelor’s Degree from PENN State University.
He is responsible for the development of the business management goals and objectives with an eye on changes that will ultimately lead to growth and prosperity of the company.Â
He provides supervision and leads the company's operations and its employees and is responsible for various tasks that ensure the employees are both efficient and productive. He implements business strategies, evaluate overall and specific company performance, and supervise staff and employees.
He develops, designs, and implement plans and strategies that promote the attainment of reasonably set company goals and work products to ensure that company resources are adequate and suitable so that activities and goals are realized.Â
He Organizes and coordinate operations that ensures productivity is efficient and the work schedules remains accurate and timely. Develops marketing collateral (case studies, references, client quotes, etc.).
